Umoyo is a Chewa word which means Life. Tionge on the other hand means Thank you. These are fitting phrases for what happened at Umoyo and Tionge Community schools in Lusaka.

Pupils at the two community schools located in Munali Constituency had a special visitor and special presents.

Munali Member of Parliament Mumbi Phiri visited the pupils and presented two footballs that were given to her by the minister of Sport Youth and Child Development Kenneth Chipungu.

The kids were happy to receive the footballs which they said will help them during their Physical Education lessons and the workshops that they have with people from an organization called Sport in Action.

The pupils also took some time to sing some songs with Mrs. Phiri.
Mrs. Phiri encouraged the young boys and girls to get involved in sports.
