The schools visited were Libala high school, Chilenje B basic school, Lusakasa basic school, Mkandawire and Chilenje south high schools.

The minister visited most classrooms and had a chat with the pupils on the importance of education.

The minister spent some time talking to teachers from the different schools.

She observed that many of the problems that teachers are facing have to do with the way the schools are managed.
