MATERO'S AJAX FOOTBALL CLUB RECIEVES SOCCER KITS FROM A GOOD SAMARITAN. Football in Zambia is said to be second to religion. The Zambian football team, which recently came third at the CHAN African nations a tournament only meant for local players is said to be one of the best teams in Africa. Academies like Edusport and Chiparamba have been of great help in grooming young players to the team. Therefore more and more academies are been launched such, as Ajax Football trained by a visually impaired trainer, Collins Akatamah. Collins Akatamah's love for football has never stopped regardless of his new condition. Akatamah, who once played at Lusaka Dynamos, is now a coach for Ajax Football academy. But the team based in Lusaka's Matero Township has had no balls and jerseys despite taking part in big tournaments. The team has now been she presented Five-balls-and-Two-sets of jerseys DEBORAH Bwembya. “I only saw a story on Zed-kids and that I decided to support the team” says Mrs. Bwembya. And Coach Collins Akatamah had short of words saying he is very happy with the support given to the club. “God should continue blessing you” says Akatamah while holding the balls and Jerseys.
